5. Age Verification & Sensitive Data

Weedify is strictly a 21+ platform. We collect government-issued ID images solely for age and identity verification. These images are processed by our verification partner and are not stored on Weedify servers beyond the verification period. Cannabis consumption history and dosage preferences are treated as sensitive health-adjacent data and are only used to facilitate your service experience.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Compliance logs required by cannabis regulators may be retained for up to seven (7) years. You may request deletion of your account at any time; however, we may retain certain records as required by law.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

Weedify is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
